MWA MAUI WEDDING EXPO
VENDOR BOOTH
RULES & REGULATIONS
ALL MEMBERS AND PARTICIPANTS OF THE WEDDING EXPO MUST READ
AND ABIDE BY THESE RULES, IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE RULES OR DISOBEY THEM, YOU
WILL BE PROHIBITED FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE WEDDING EXPO IN 2012.
· All vendor booths
MUST be finished setting up by 8:00am Saturday, July 30st
· Absolutely NO
breaking down of your booth early, you must have adequate staff and coordinate
your men and schedule accordingly. This is non negotiable.
· NO selling of any
food products at all while on the Hyatt Regency premises.
· For food sample
and cake sample giveaways, all must NOT contain any type of alcohol or herbal
enhancements.
· NO nude or
explicit photos posted in your booth.
· NO bringing or
exposing any other companies at your booth if they are not a member of the MWA, however, you are allowed to join with
another member to purchase a booth together.
· Nothing can
exceed your 10’x10’ space that is provided, nothing over 9’ tall in height and nothing towering over your booth curtains, gazebos,
chuppahs, etc may be brought in with prior approval, you must contact the
director, Terri.
· You are NOT
allowed to remove the existing booth curtains and/or posts from where they are
originally placed and stationed.
· You are NOT
allowed to drill, nail, or pound anything into the ground or in any property
that belongs to the Hyatt Regency, this includes their
tables, chairs, and the floor.
· You are
responsible to cover and clear ALL electrical wires and cords that are in your
booth, this is a hazard to the event attendees and you will claim ALL
responsibility if anyone gets hurt in YOUR booth, if this rule is NOT followed.
